Alberto Evans is an Arizona state licensed, certified and insured property inspector whose work is focused on helping people accomplish the American dream of owning a home.  Alberto was born in Spain, raised in a military family, and moved frequently between Europe and the United States.  Alberto’s innate creative, artistic ability fostered a love and compassion for different cultures, people, architecture and art.  These life experiences led him to study at the University of Nebraska for Architecture and Design.  Alberto has a diverse business background but has been involved in construction and property inspections for over 20 years.

Alberto loves people! If there was just one word to describe him, it would be passionate!  This passion reflects in his commitment to his inspection business and focus for his clients.  His gift to relate, understand and connect with people from all types of backgrounds contributes to the positive impact he has on people.  Alberto does also speak Spanish as a first language which has been a tremendous benefit to his Spanish speaking clients living in Arizona.
