This is my first home to have an inspection conducted prior to closing the loan. Alberto was on time, friendly and professional. I chose to be present while he went about his duties. He was very informative during his inspection and on a scale of 1-10, I feel he deserves a 10 for thoroughness. After the inspection, he went through the report and pointed out the things which I needed to be aware of. Because of his knowledge of construction, I feel I have a report I can truly count on!

Buying a first time home is so scary, but the worst is buying the home and finding out later that it has major costly issue. Well we did not have to deal with any of those worries because Alberto Evans from AQI was so thural with our home inspection. Alberto went over every aspect and detail of our home and immediately handed us a full colored copy report of the entire inspection in our hands. He also emailed a copy of the full report as well. Alberto attention to detail made us feel as if he was inspecting the home for his own child's first home. There was no area untouched by him. Alberto was referred by our realtor Tamala L. Daniels at Realty One and I have to agree with her he differently is one of the best in his field. I have told others about our home inspection and the responsive from them was they wish he had done the inspection on there home. Thank you again Alberto for taking you time with our new home.

He Came And Did A Home Inspection On A Three Bedroom 1500 Square Foot House. He did a very thorough job, and the price was reasonable as well. I was thankful that he was so honest and looked through everything so well. I was pleased with the evidence that he came up with and the conclusions on the house. They are reliable and very professional.

Alberto thoroughly inspected a property of approx. 1350 sq ft. Top to bottom, attic etc. Appliances, electrical, plumbing. Everything that is required. He is State Certified. He did a wonderful thorough job. I Have Used Alberto On Two Recent Occasions For Home Inspections. On The First Inspection Alberto Found A Faulty Electrical Panel And Advised Me It Needed To Be Replaced. The Sellers Refused To Do So And That Contract Was Canceled. Alberto Is A Great Guy To Work With, Very Thorough And Does A Wonderful Job. He Points Out Every Detail Of Even Minor Work That Needs To Be Fixed. You Are Emailed (And Given A Hard Copy) Of The Complete Report With Pictures. He Will Also Email To Your Realtor Or Anyone Else You Request. He Will Also Arrange Termite Inspection For You. Great Experience.
